We grabbed a big cozy booth and the atmosphere was exactly what you want from a family-run Italian spot — welcoming, relaxed, and full of good energy. Our waitress was wonderful, super friendly, and kept everything flowing effortlessly. The food? Delicious. My salad was huge and fresh, and the pasta was tasty. We also enjoyed a couple of cold beers — perfect pairing for a chill night out. And while we didn’t try the ice cream bar this time, they’ve got a ton of options I’m absolutely coming back for. This restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere, including a bar, cafe area, and dining areas. There is also outdoor dining available. We ordered the Lobster Ravioli and Lasagna, with a Caesar Salad. My wife really enjoyed the Lobster Ravioli, and the Lasagna was some of the best I've had, with a rich meat sauce! The Caesar salad was really good, with plenty of dressing and lots of freshly shaved Parmesan. The service was friendly, and the food came out timely.
We shared the fig prosciutto pizza which was perfection. Crispy on the bottom and chewy on the edges. It was a cross between an appetizer and dessert- just the thing for the day after Thanksgiving. Using fresh figs in season would be a good idea. Nice beer and wine list. Staff very professional and friendly.

Decided to grab some Italian for lunch after a long hike in Auburn. Tried Pasquale’s Ristorante and was not disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan and my wife got the Cheese Tortellini with Pesto Sauce. Both were served with garlic bread. Food was fantastic, great pricing and our server Tatum was super friendly and very attentive. Nothing but good reviews for this establishment. We will definitely be going back again on our next trip through Auburn.
The Crispy Brussel Sprouts were delicious and healthy. The ravioli and eggplant parmisiana were great. As was the Pumpkin Pie Creme Brulee. But the best part was Mindy, our server! Bright, friendly and highly efficient. We had acgreat experience!
Pasquale's did not disappoint! So good! First time here, we love Italian food! We travel quite often and at least once during our trips we choose Italian in the place we are visiting. I had the Mushroom Ravioli with Creamy Pesto sauce. Perfect. It was not acidic in any way. Perfect blend of pesto and cream (Alfredo) sauce. Raviolis were not mushy or too al denti, it was perfect. Mushrooms were fresh. I thought I'd have to bring some home but kept graze eating, even if I was full. My husband and daughter had the chicken parmigiana. He really enjoyed it also. Chicken was perfect, not dry. My son-in-law, who is Italian, really enjoyed his creamy pesto fettuccine with Italian sausages. My grandkids had a simple cheese pizza and they loved it. They have indoor and outdoor seating, we opted for outdoor, and the weather was perfect. The kids were a little restless, and so it helped that we were outdoors. Kid friendly yet I can see the inside has areas where you can have a nice date. Very friendly staff as well. Service was great.
We tried Auburn Pasquale’s for the first time. We had a party of six, and expected service to probably be slow, but our server proved us wrong. She was attentive, friendly and efficient. The appetizers were great. Four out of the six of us really enjoyed our main dishes, they were delicious. Two of us thought their pasta dishes were just OK. All in all, Auburn Pasquale’s is a great place for dinner. Conveniently located, friendly staff and clean establishment. Will definitely be back.
